80 proof– Madagascar vanilla beans are added to 5-gallon glass carboys for 3 to 4 weeks to add flavor. This subtle but powerful vanilla flavoring has no added sugar or coloring. This subtle but lasting vanilla flavor holds up well in rum drinks. The top selling drink in the distillery is On Vacation. It includes pineapple, coconut cream and orgeat. The vanilla flavor sticks around long after the drink is gone. This product won in the fall of 2019 at the International Asian Spirits award.
